Alison Wetzel has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2005 and a partner since 2016. Within the business and corporate law practice, Alison handles a wide variety of business transactions, including business acquisitions and sales, contract review and preparation, business entity formation, business planning and commercial financing transactions. She also counsels corporate clients on diverse legal issues and assists them in achieving their business goals.
