Jim Olguin has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2002 and a partner since 2015. Within the Land Use and Development practice, Jim works with local government planning and economic development staffs and appears before boards, commissions and elected officials to address business and legal issues that arise with the entitlement of land. This work includes annexation and development agreements, zoning map and text amendments, variances and special use permits, and building permits.
After all land use services have been provided, Jim takes satisfaction in viewing the final construction of the development projects in which he has played a crucial role. Within the community, Jim is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council - Illinois Chapter, former Secretary of the Burr Ridge Rotary Club and LaGrange Memorial Hospital Foundation committee member. Jim is fluent in Spanish.
