Craig T. Martin has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1992 and a partner since 2000. Craig provides legal counseling and advice to a wide range of business clients and handles an array of commercial transactions for his clients, including acquisitions and divestitures, commercial financings, commercial leases, entity planning and formation, and other sophisticated business arrangements. Working closely with business clients, he understands their businesses and appropriately responds to their legal needs.
Craig is committed to serving his community and has served as President of the Winfield District 34 Board of Education since 2001, and as a member since 1999. Additionally, Craig is a member of the Burr Ridge/Willowbrook and Winfield Chambers of Commerce.
