Daniel J. McCarthy III has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2007. He represents clients in general business transactional matters, including business acquisitions, sales, commercial financing, entity formation and business planning. Dan’s practice includes condominium association law, residential and commercial real estate development, purchases, sales, leasing, financing, zoning and land use issues.
Additionally, Dan counsels individuals in the areas of asset protection and estate planning, including trust formation and administration. His work in the area of taxation includes assisting clients in the formation and maintenance of private foundations and tax-exempt organizations.
Dan is an active member of the Palos Heights and Orland Park Chambers of Commerce and serves on the Board of a local not-for-profit corporation.
