Diana K. Pecen has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1997 and a partner since 2006. Diana brings to the firm prior business experience from senior management, strategic planning and corporate marketing positions across various industries. She counsels her clients on a variety of business matters, including commercial transactions, contract drafting and review, owner disputes, employment matters, leases, entity formation, distributorship and licensing law, and trademark, copyright, web site and internet issues. Diana is also a certified mediator.
Some of the highlights of Diana’s practice during her tenure at the firm include successfully completing complex purchases and sales of nationally-franchised tax preparation services, waste hauling entities, glass cutting operations and internet businesses, handling liquor and other licensing and related matters for publicly-traded corporations in the City of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, and actively addressing distributorship and product diversion issues in the hair care industry on a national scale, including pursuing trademark and copyright infringement claims.
