James E. Olguin has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2002. Within the Land Use and Development practice, James works with local government planning and economic development staffs and appears before boards, commissions and elected officials to address business and legal issues that arise with the entitlement of land. This work includes annexation and development agreements, zoning map and text amendments, variances and special use permits, and building permits.
After all land use services have been provided, James takes satisfaction in viewing the final construction of the development projects in which he has played a crucial role. Within the community, James is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council - Illinois Chapter and former Secretary of the Burr Ridge Rotary Club.
