James P. Healy, Jr. has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2009. Jay's business and real estate law experience includes acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and development, and involves all phases of those transactions, from drafting and negotiating to analyzing and evaluating due diligence. Jay's experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing and entity formation. During his career he has counseled clients in complex commercial transactions ranging in size from a few million dollars to over a billion dollars. Prior to joining the firm, Jay practiced at the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn LLP.
