Richard J. Nogal joined Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. as a partner in 2002. Rick has successfully litigated a diverse array of complex commercial matters, including business torts, restrictive covenants, contracts, shareholder, and construction disputes. He counsels clients on business issues, dispute resolution and litigation at all levels of trial and appellate courts and arbitration tribunals. Rick has published articles and/or spoken at seminars related to remedies for former-employer competition, non-compete agreements and construction-industry litigation.
Rick is a member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago and is actively involved in his community. He is a leader in several organizations, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Palos Community Hospital, member of the Board of Education and Vice President of the Palos Community Consolidated School District 118, Commissioner of the Palos Fire Protection District, Chairman of Our Lady of the Woods Parish Council, Orland Park, and a member of the Board of Directors of A.J. Smith Federal Savings Bank.
