Sara L. Spitler has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2004. Sara concentrates her practice on business and civil litigation matters and has experience handling cases involving business torts, employment disputes, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, mechanics lien claims and landlord/tenant disputes. She counsels and advocates for her clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial or arbitration, post-judgment proceedings and appeal.

During her time at the firm, Sara has successfully pursued numerous substantive motions, including a motion for summary judgment against a party attempting to assert an interest in a client’s business ventures. Sara has also engaged in significant appellate practice before the Illinois appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
