Thomas P. Russian has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1978 and a partner since 1984.
Tom manages the firm’s real estate practice, consulting with clients in the purchase and sale of various types of real estate, including property to be acquired for development, as well as commercial, industrial and residential real estate. He also advises clients on matters relating to 1031 exchanges, financing, leasing and zoning matters. Tom is known as an aggressive advocate for his clients and is well versed in recognizing issues and alternatives.
Outside the firm, Tom has served on numerous Boards of Directors, including: Peace Village Retirement Community, Palos Park, on which he served for two years as President; Peace Memorial Residences, Downers Grove; Peace Memorial Church, Palos Park; Peace Memorial Home, Evergreen Park; Summit Chamber of Commerce; and the Palos Education Association, where he served a two-year term as President. Tom has earned Illinois Super Lawyers designation in the area of Real Estate.
