William H. Hrabak, Jr. has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1991 and a partner since 2000. Bill handles commercial disputes at all levels, including informal settlements prior to litigation, and trials in the state, federal and appellate courts in Illinois.
During his tenure at the firm, Bill has tried numerous commercial cases before judges and juries in Cook, DuPage and Will Counties as well as in federal court. He recently obtained a trial verdict in excess of $1 million in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Bill is also a contributing editor for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education edition on “Chancery and Special Remedies.”
