Clients are advised of various estate planning techniques, including living trusts, utilizing marital deduction and exemption equivalents, lifetime giving using family limited partnerships, LLCs, charitable remainder trusts, and irrevocable insurance trusts. Clients are also counseled on planning for disability and the use of powers of attorney for health care and for property and living trusts.
