Dan McCarthy has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2007 and a partner since 2016. Dan represents clients in general business transactional matters, including business acquisitions, sales, commercial financing, entity formation and business planning. His practice includes condominium association law, residential and commercial real estate development, purchases, sales, leasing, financing, zoning and land use issues.

Additionally, Dan counsels individuals in the areas of asset protection and estate planning, including trust formation and administration, and elder law, which involves serving clients and their families with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, guardianship, long-term care issues, Medicaid planning, estate and trust administration, and probate. His work in the area of taxation includes assisting clients in the formation and maintenance of private foundations and tax-exempt organizations.

Dan is an active member of the Burr Ridge/Willowbrook Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Governors of the West Suburban Bar Association.
