Joseph Inzano has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2021. Joe’s primary focus is corporate law, and counsels businesses on a wide range of commercial transactions. He is experienced in advising companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, commercial banking and lending, financial structuring, licensing, disclosure issues, and other various corporate governance matters. His experience includes extensive work on drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, operating agreements, product sale and purchase agreements, lending agreements, service and supply agreements, and management agreements. Joe uses his expertise to provide sound judgment and strategic planning for closely-held and family businesses, institutional lenders, manufacturers, transportation companies, general contractors, religious and non-profit organizations, and creative artists.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe was in-house counsel at a publicly traded financial institution where he advised on federal banking regulations and facilitated all types of commercial lending transactions. In addition to his transactional work, Joe brings to his practice experience litigating in state and federal courts on matters ranging from municipal disputes, first amendment claims and antitrust class actions, to a petition for certiorari in the United States Supreme Court.

Joe is committed to serving his local community both professionally and personally. He serves as Vice Chair of the Business Law and Practice Section of the DuPage County Bar Association and is a member of the Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises and Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.
