Robert D. Goldstine

Robert Goldstine is the founder of Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. (1957) and served as its Managing Partner and President through 2008. Robert provides business counsel to clients (including corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships) in the areas of structuring and maintaining business entities and provides real estate counsel related to acquisition and sale, development and construction, commercial financing and leasing. Additionally, he counsels individuals in the areas of estate planning and taxation, which includes trust formation and administration.
Robert, an active community member, is and has been involved in many organizations, including the West Suburban Temple, River Forest (former Treasurer and Vice President), the Argo-Summit Lions Club (former President), the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (former member) and the West Suburban Bar Association (past President and member of the Board of Governors). Robert has earned Illinois Super Lawyers designation in the areas of Closely-Held Business, Real Estate, and Business/Corporate.
