Ryan Nadick has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2020. He has spent over 20 years practicing law across a wide variety of areas, during which he has developed a pragmatic approach to addressing his clients’ legal needs. Ryan has practiced in large firms, boutique firms and in house giving him a unique perspective and the ability to manage big picture and day-to-day legal requirements.
He represents large clients, middle market clients and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of business and transactions matters, including, commercial transactions, merger and acquisition matters, business divorces and distressed situations. Prior to joining Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd., Ryan gained legal expertise in corporate restructuring while at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and in corporate finance while at Latham & Watkins LLP.
