Bill Hrabak has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1991 and a partner since 2000. Bill handles commercial disputes and has over 35 years of experience in resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration or litigation in the state and federal courts systems. Bill is adept at handling both simple and complex disputes with the same goal of obtaining the maximum cost-effective result for the client. During his tenure at the firm, Bill has tried numerous cases before judges and juries in Cook, DuPage and Will Counties as well as in federal courts. Bill also has extensive experience in appellate work in the state court systems. Bill is a contributing editor for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education practice volume on "Chancery and Special Remedies" and has lectured on the same subject to various law groups. Bill has served on the Chicago Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee for the purpose of screening candidates for judicial elections.
