Alex M. Rechenmacher
I strive to offer my clients a clear understanding of the law, and to equip them with the knowledge and tools to develop effective legal strategies and implement their goals.
Alex Rechenmacher has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2022. Alex represents clients in general business and construction law matters, including acquisitions, contracts, disputes, sales, entity formation and planning. He represents individual and business clients with residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, leasing, financing, zoning and land use issues. His practice also includes estate planning, including trust formation and administration, wills, powers of attorney, guardianship and probate.
Alex completed his undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering. He is a member of the American Bar Association Construction Law Forum and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Section on Construction Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as an attorney for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joliet. Alex is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and recently completed a nine-year term on the Board of Directors at St. Francis High School in Wheaton, Illinois.
