I believe that successful litigation requires effective attorney-client communication, with the aim of formulating and executing an appropriate strategy designed to achieve the client’s goals in a cost-effective manner.

Brian Olszewski joined Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. in 2025 with over 20 years of experience practicing civil litigation in both state and federal courts in Illinois. He brings considerable litigation experience, having successfully practiced at both the trial and appellate levels. Brian understands that every case turns on its own unique set of facts, and that a successful litigator must effectively communicate with the client and exercise diligence during the discovery phase of litigation.

Focusing largely on commercial and employment litigation, Brian works closely with each client to understand their unique goals and circumstances, and to formulate and execute successful and cost-effective litigation strategies. Brian understands that every case is important to the client he represents, and he strives for excellence in all matters he handles.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for several other Chicago-area firms with significant litigation practices, and he also worked as compliance counsel for a large creditors’ rights firm.
